Terms of Use

1. Sale & Purchase of Goods
GardenPsychics.com ("Seller") hereby agrees to sell, & You ("Buyer") hereby agree to purchase, goods of the description & quantity described on the checkout window ("Checkout") & incorporated herein by this reference ("Goods") on the terms & conditions set forth in this Agreement.
2. Purchase Price
Buyer agrees to pay the Purchase Price of the Goods as posted on this website attached hereto.
3. Payment Terms
The total amount of the Purchase Price shall be payable in full by Buyer according to the payment due date stated at Checkout. Any portion of the Purchase Price unpaid past thirty (30) days shall be considered overdue. All amounts past due are subject to a late charge of 18% per month (18%) per annum or the highest lawful rate. In addition, Seller shall have the right to pursue any remedies available at law or as provided herein & shall be entitled to reimbursement from Buyer for Seller's costs of collection, including attorney fees, legal fees, costs & disbursements.
4. Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery shall be made in accordance with Seller's shipping policy in effect on the date of shipment. Delivery dates provided by Seller are estimates only. Seller will make reasonable efforts to deliver in accordance with such dates; however, Seller will not be liable for failure to deliver as estimated. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Seller, Goods shall be packaged according to Seller's standards and practices.
5. Limited Warranty
Seller supplies as its sole warranty the following:
*If you have purchased the wrong size or would like to exchange an item(s) you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the receipt for an exchange. The item you are returning must not have been used, and must be returned within 30 days of purchase. *You must call customer service and get a RMA number or your package will be refused and returned to sender. RMA number MUST be written on the outside of package. *We do not take returns on custom made items, clearance items. *We do not give Cash Refunds (credit card, Google or PayPal) on any orders, product exchange ONLY. The customer is responsible for the shipping both ways on returns. You may include a pre-paid envelope for shipping the item back or we will bill your card on file and ship back to you either USPS or UPS if not specified your preference. *IMPORTANT: Items that are returned MUST be free of ALL dog hair and any odor or stains. *If your return arrives with dog hair, odors, or stains; NO refund or exchange will be issued and the item will be returned to you. *IN ORDER TO INSURE A PROPER REFUND, MAKE SURE YOUR ITEM IS IN BRAND NEW CONDITION.
The warranty shall last for 4 weeks .
The warranties provided for herein shall be governed by Seller's warranty policies in effect on the date of shipment.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty/Limitation of Liability
Seller undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the Goods or that the Goods will be fit for any particular purpose for which Buyer may be buying the Goods, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, and Seller disclaims all other warranties and conditions, express or implied.
SELLER (INCLUDING ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR SUBCONTRACTORS, ALL OF WHICH ARE REFERRED TO HEREIN COLLECTIVELY AS THE "SELLER AFFILIATES") SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE GOODS OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF THE GOODS OR ANY ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COST OF CAPITAL, COST OF SUBSTITUTE OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT, FACILITIES OR SERVICES, DOWN TIME, BUYER'S TIME, LOST DATA, INJURY TO PROPERTY OR ANY DAMAGES OR SUMS PAID BY BUYER TO THIRD PARTIES, EVEN IF SELLER OR ANY OF THE SELLER AFFILIATES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER ANY CLAIM IS BASED UPON PRINCIPLES OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORT, BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY DUTY, PRINCIPLES OF INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, THE FAILURE OF ANY LIMITED OR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY TO ACHIEVE ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE, OR OTHERWISE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER OR ANY SELLER AFFILIATE BE LIABLE TO BUYER OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY OF ANY KIND OR NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN EXCESS OF THE NET PURCHASE PRICE OF THE GOODS ACTUALLY DELIVERED TO AND PAID FOR BY BUYER HEREUNDER.
SELLER DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE GOODS AND NONE OF SELLER OR ANY SELLER AFFILIATE SHALL HAVE ANY DUTY TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, OR HOLD HARMLESS BUYER FROM AND AGAINST ANY OR ALL DAMAGES OR COSTS INCURRED BY BUYER ARISING FROM THE INFRINGEMENT OF PATENTS OR TRADEMARKS OR VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHTS BY ANY OF THE GOODS.
7. Force Majeure
Seller shall not be held responsible for any failure of performance to make timely delivery of all or any part of the Goods in the event such failure was due, in whole or in part, to federal, provincial or municipal action, statute, ordinance or regulation, strike or other labor trouble, fire or other damage to or destruction of, in whole or in part, the Goods or the manufacturing facility for the Goods, the lack of or inability to obtain raw materials, labor, fuel, electrical power, water or supplies, or any other cause, act of God, contingency or circumstances not subject to the reasonable control of Seller, which causes delays or hinders the manufacture or delivery of Goods. Seller shall determine in good faith the extent to which it can reasonably control a cause, contingency, or circumstance that affects the performance of its obligations.

We accept most major credit cards (American Express, Visa & MasterCard, Discover, Citi, JCB, UnionPay, PayPal). Pay per minute or use purchased packages to connect to any reader. Once your purchased minutes have been spent you will be charged the standard rate per minute or will have the option to purchase one of the packages listed on our website https://gardenpsychics.com. If it is your first time calling our toll free number, you will be asked to register & to communicate your credit card details on the phone to an operator. Please consult our Privacy Policy regarding use & storage of such information. Once your payment has been processed securely, minutes will be added to your account corresponding to the Package purchased or other offers. GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC offers many types of paid services on this Site: telephone, video & online consultations. Key features include the use of tarot and numerology tools to perform your psychic readings.
You will get personalized, private & confidential readings from the psychic reader of your choice. Our psychic readers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC reserves the right to change such hours & /or interrupt it & /or terminate it without notice.
Automatic billing: you will be automatically billed every ten (10) minutes once your called has been transferred to a psychic reader - your credit card is used to perform the ten (10) minute payment. Any minutes used over a ten-minute increment will be billed separately. For avoidance of doubt, if a consultation with a reader has lasted over the (10) minutes you will be charged accordingly over those (10) minutes $3.50 a minute for each minute over. or you can add additional minutes for a later time.
Special offer packages are available the following cases: for first time purchase/consultations or with a promotional code. Special offer packages have specific duration's & prices. Please note that if you terminate the call before the end of any special offer package, you will not lose such remaining minutes. GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC does not give refunds on such remaining minutes.
In order to access discounted rates, it is possible to switch from the chat’ to phone. The ‘Package is good upon a compatible package purchase – in this configuration, minutes used in the chat room are subtracted from the package duration (as if it was a package) & the total amount billed is used to cover part of the package cost.
You expressly understand & agree that you are responsible for any time spent on the phone text &/or communicate. online with one of psychic readers. Neither GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC, nor any of its affiliates (including parent or subsidiary companies), will be liable to you for failure to inform you of the end time of your telephone & or Online Chat consultation.
When you use our services through the ‘Chat Room’ mode & once your purchased minutes have been spent, you will enter the additional package & will be charged based on standard rates in the package time’ or will have the option to purchase a new Package.
You expressly understand & agree that you are responsible for any time spent on the phone &/or chatting online with one of psychic readers. Neither GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC, nor any of its affiliates (including parent or subsidiary companies), will be liable to you for failure to inform you of the end time of your telephone, email, text, messenger facetime &/or Online Chat consultation.

You hereby acknowledge, understand & agree that GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC, may call email &/or text you within a twenty (30 - 60) minute time frame from: (1) when you enter your information for the purpose of receiving a call back; (2) when you get disconnected or technical issue terminates the call incidentally; (3)24 hours US Eastern Standard Time; or (4) a scheduled time between you & GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC.
GENERAL RULES OF SERVICE

You, & not GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC, are responsible for paying any unauthorized amounts billed to your credit card by a third party. You agree to pay all fees & at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. Unless you notify GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC, of any discrepancies within thirty (30) days after they first appear on your credit card statement, you agree they will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes. If GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC, does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by GARDEN PSYCHICS LLC, or its agents.
Cancelations: Should you need to cancel at any time. You must cancel within 15 minutes after making the appointment. Otherwise you will have to either reschedule or forfeit for another day.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person, organizations for any reason. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action against any person or organization who commits fraud, and/or otherwise violates applicable laws when using the Site or using our Services. Should you default in payment, you agree to pay all collection & legal cost. General
Buyer may not assign this Agreement without Seller's written consent. Seller is the sole intended beneficiary of this Agreement. If there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and any other agreement included with or relating to the Goods, this Agreement shall govern. This Agreement may not be modified, altered or amended without the written agreement of Seller. Any additional or altered terms attached to any order submitted by Buyer shall be null and void, unless expressly agreed to in writing by Seller. If any term of this Agreement is illegal or unenforceable, the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to conflicts-of-law rules; and in the event of a dispute under this Agreement; Buyer submits to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Commonwealth of Florida and hereby waives any objection to such jurisdiction and venue.
